Top Valley Detail operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of customer service, appointment management, and post-service follow-up. This is a two-way conversational program; we will respond to your messages, and you can reply to ours.

If you previously opted out and would like to receive SMS messages from us again, simply reply START to any message from us, or contact us by phone or email and we’ll re-add you to the program.

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Boost Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

This SMS program is available to customers in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide.

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
