1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, requesting a quote, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with Top Valley Detail (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Top Valley Detail provides mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, full details, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related vehicle care services. Services are provided at the customer’s designated location within our service area (Van Nuys, CA and the surrounding San Fernando Valley).
3. Booking & Quotes
Quotes provided over the phone, by text, or via our website are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the vehicle’s condition requires additional time, materials, or specialty treatment beyond what was originally quoted. We will always notify you and obtain agreement before proceeding with any change in scope or pricing.
By booking a service, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle, or have authorization from the owner.
- The vehicle and the location of the service are accessible at the agreed time.
- The location has reasonable space, water access (if requested), and electrical access (if requested).
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Tips are appreciated but never required.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 12 hours notice by phone or text at (818) 263-4263. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Before our arrival, please:
- Remove valuable, breakable, or sentimental items from inside the vehicle.
- Secure pets and ensure the work area is safe for our technicians.
- Provide access to water and electricity if those have been included in your service.
- Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible at the agreed time.
We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle that are damaged, lost, or misplaced.
7. Service Guarantee
We stand behind every service we deliver. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee covers reasonable corrections to the original scope of service.
8. Limitations of Liability
While we take great care with every vehicle, you acknowledge that:
- Detailing services may reveal pre-existing damage (paint chips, swirls, dents, interior wear) that was previously hidden by dirt or contaminants.
- Some stains, etchings, paint defects, or odors may be deeply set and not fully removable.
- Ceramic coatings and paint correction services have limitations based on the existing paint condition.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage that becomes visible after cleaning. Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service.
9. Weather Policy
For outdoor services, we may need to reschedule due to severe weather (heavy rain, lightning). We will contact you as early as possible to reschedule. No fees apply to weather-related rescheduling.
10. Photo & Marketing Use
We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles we service for marketing and quality control purposes. License plates and other personally identifying details are blurred or excluded. If you do not want photos of your vehicle used, please notify us in advance and we will respect your request.
11. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communications from us via phone, SMS, and email. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Policy and Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of the San Fernando Valley, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
